CLEANING:

We will clean the facilities after the event. (DOES NOT APPLY TO WEDDINGS) (This includes ALL spaces used including bathrooms and trash removal) Please leave spaces clean and organized We will Pay to have the facilities cleaned after the event: (Check ALL that apply) Fellowship hall/Kitchen- $75 Sanctuary only- $110 Chapel,Conference,Oasis Room- $50 Entire Church- $225 (REQUIRED for ALL Weddings) N/A

I will peronally be on site: to gain access to enter the building, for the duration of the entire event, and to personally secure the building once the event is over and the cleanup process is finished. I will assume all liability for the use of the building/facilities and to report any damages, non-functioning equipment, evidence of misuse, or vandalism as soon as possible to Love Farris (865-405-6112) or info@harvestpointchurch.net. I will assume all personal liability and replacement of any damages or destruction to the property of Harvest Point Church, resulting from any acts of willful mischief or negligence that may occur as a direct result of my usage of the building/facilities. I will release Harvest Point Church from any claim for personal injury, property damage or death that may arise from my use of their building/facilities. I will leave the building and property as it was found. I have taken the responsibility to clean the used areas myself OR have paid the Harvest Point Church cleaning staff to do this for me. I will provide all paper and plastic products (plates,bowls,napkins, cups, utensils etc.). I understand paper products in kitchen cabinets and drawers are to be used for Harvest Point Church sponsored events ONLY. I will remove all supplies that I have used for the event including but not limited to: paper and plastic products listed above, extra and unused food, beverages, and condiments, as well as any and all decorations or props that do not belong to Harvest Point Church. I will be the last to leave the building/facility and lock all entrances and arm the security system unless told otherwise.

There is to be no alcohol, drugs, or illegal activity allowed on the primises at any time. I will notify Love Farris ASAP if there is a need for cancellation of the event or alteration to reserved times. I understand that in the event of an oversight, mistake,or necessary change in scheduling, that church sponsored activities, events, emergencies, or maintenance issues shall take absolute priority over any other scheduled event, including my own.
